THE FACILITY DOES HAVE A PEST CONTROL COMPANY (RIVERVALLEY PESTICIDE COMPANY) THAT TREATS THE FACILITY MONTHLY. BEFORE THIS VIOLATION IS SETTLED, A REPORT FROM THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY STATING THAT THEIR INSPECTION RESULTED IN NO FURTHER EVIDENCE OF INFESTATION IS REQUIRED. 750.1400 10 DAYS
